Grape Sourcing & Vineyard Assessment

Do you have an existing vineyard or grape source? Are you looking to expand your program? Perhaps you are starting from scratch? Ashley offers full service vineyard sourcing and assessing, working with new or established growers and viticulturists, or taking your existing vineyard and farming to the next level for bringing out the best in each site. Includes contract negotiation, grape sampling and vineyard monitoring throughout the growing season and calling the pick.

Harvest & Fermentation

From the smallest detail and most minute step, Ashley monitors each fermentation from crush to dryness. She works with custom crush wineries and staff, including daily assessment of the fermentation, and is hands-on for small or large lot fermentations and processing. Ashley can  procure the right custom crush facility for your unique needs, or work with your existing facility.

Aging & Bottling

Once in barrel or tank for aging, includes every step of the process from barrel planning and sourcing to lab analysis, biweekly assessment of each wine and vessel and every detail of bottling planning, packaging checks and onsite day-of bottling quality control and expertise. Bulk sourcing and blending as necessary are included.

Marketing, Events & Strategic Planning

Ashley takes pride in each wine she works with and wants each one to be successful. Promotion, events, and market visits included as scheduling allows. Regular meetings to assess wines, discuss business or marketing strategies, and plan for the future are included.
