Ashley is a long-time resident of Dry Creek Valley and is currently raising her two children in the same vineyards where she works and lives.

After graduating with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Nevada, Ashley left a medical career behind to start at Owl Ridge Wine Services in nearby Sebastopol, California. At this custom crush facility, Ashley worked with top Pinot Noir vintners like Merry Edwards, Greg Lafollette, Anthony Austin, and Scot Covington, growing and developing as a winemaker and gaining the perspective and knowledge that would later prove invaluable.

Ashley moved on to Mauritson Wines, getting started as their assistant winemaker before launching her career as a consulting winemaker, creating vintages for legendary Sonoma County brands like Bacigalupi Vineyards, Amista Vineyards, and Saini Vineyards.

Ashley brings her scientific approach to the art of winemaking, ensuring control and consistency while letting the natural expression of the vineyard shine through a number of varietals, including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ashley also has a passion and dedication to making high-end, traditional méthode Champenoise sparkling wines. Her technical background provides a good foundation to making these very precise wines. She has years of experience across a multitude of these specialized varietals, including Sparkling Syrah, Sparkling Grenache, Blanc de Blanc, Blanc de Noir and Sparkling Mataró.

Ashley is active in both the Russian River Valley Winegrowers and the Winegrowers of Dry Creek Valley.
